Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries post-installation
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance visits
  • Handle warranty claims and service requests
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups
  • Identify upsell opportunities (battery storage, system upgrades)
  • Maintain detailed customer records in CRM
  • Create and improve customer support documentation

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of customer success or account management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in remote environment
  • Technical aptitude to understand solar system basics
  • Empathy and patience when handling customer concerns
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
